  • The Reformer

    The reformer is my favorite pilates apparatus! At BBP, the clients work on the Balanced Body Allegro 2. I am a certified instructor through Balanced Body and I take pride in working with some of the finest and top quality equipment that’s made by Balanced Body.

    The Allegro 2 Reformer is all about creating the best Pilates experience. With its smooth transitions and seamless flow, once can experience a deep burn when working hard to improve and maintain core strength.

    The reformer improves strength through resistance training that tones and has an emphasis on alignment and improving posture. As it offers fluid and non jarring movements, it’s also super intense and really works to sculpt the muscles.

    Reformer pilates is known for working from the “inside out” and at BBP, I guarantee my clients will walk out of a session feeling taller, slimmer, and stronger.

    Physical results from doing reformer Pilates at BBP will be noticeable within three to eight weeks. Mental changes will be felt much sooner, with most people feeling more energised, alert and happier after each session.

  • The Stability Chair

    The chair is a great apparatus that challenges your deep, stabilizing muscles. It has a smaller base of support than a reformer or a regular mat. It’s all about controlling the resistance in both directions so your muscles are always on tension and you’ll get the most out of your workout.

    At BBP clients will find themselves executing my favorite moves on the chair such as pikes, oblique side overs, dips, bridges, and so much more.

    The split-pedal design on the chair makes it more versatile and excellent for rotational movements, training your core from every angle!

    The Stability Chair helps sculpt and tone muscles, improve athletic performance, and build core strength. Get a powerful full-body workout with versatile piece of equipment!

    While stability chair workouts typically focus on the legs and torso, the split-pedal chair is adjustable to train other muscle groups as well, including arms, back, chest, and more. As a result, users can achieve upper- and lower-body strength and conditioning during every Pilates workout.

    BossBody pilates offers a different approach to the reformer routine with high intensity, hybrid movements that can take the workout to next level. It is my ambition to create a fun and challenging exercise environment for all.

    A private experience allows me to to adapt to my clients needs requests, and/or limitations.

    Specifically designed music playlists to help inspire the drive in each individual client.
